At VPSClub, transparency in billing is as important as reliability in trading. This policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations work for our bots, algo codes, and VPS hosting services.

VPSClub products fall under three categories:
Combined bundles (Bot + VPS) include both the one-time bot fee and the monthly VPS charge. Your first invoice will show both items; subsequent months will only include the VPS subscription.
We accept multiple secure payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Payments are processed instantly, and services are activated as soon as confirmation is received. Offline methods such as bank transfer may take additional verification time. All transactions are processed in INR unless specified otherwise.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our automation ecosystem:
Refund requests must be submitted through the VPSClub client portal, with clear reasons. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or, in some cases, credited to your VPSClub wallet within 7–10 business days.
Traders often scale their infrastructure as strategies grow. VPSClub allows easy plan upgrades:
Timely payments ensure uninterrupted bot operation and VPS uptime. If payments are not received by the due date:
Cancellation requests must be made from your VPSClub client portal or your registered email. Immediate cancellations result in instant service termination and deletion of data, while scheduled cancellations allow you to continue until the end of the paid cycle. VPSClub is not responsible for loss of trading data, bots, or logs if you fail to back up your VPS before cancellation.
All product prices are exclusive of GST and gateway charges. These will be added at checkout and are non-refundable. International payments may incur currency conversion charges by your bank, which VPSClub is not responsible for.
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged or have a billing-related concern, please raise a ticket through the billing section of your VPSClub client portal. Our finance team will investigate and respond within 2–3 business days.
